    ● Pressure swing adsorption
The modeling of PSA is a challenging task when the most of physical phenomena are considered.

The following figure shows a pilot-scale CO-PSA process.
     

To model the PSA process, one needs
     1) Feed gas conditions and opeating conditions.
     2) Column dimension and dead volumes
     3) Adsorption isotherm model depending on temperature.
     4) Sequence of operation steps of PSA

A model built by ASPEN Adsorption is shown for the pilot-scale CO-PSA:
