    ●L-phase: carbon-fiber impregnation die.
    ●GL-phase: amine absorber, bubble column, PAN-fiber coagulation tank.
    ●GS-phase: bubbling fluidized-bed (BFB), circulating fluidized-bed (CFB), Dual fluidized-bed (DFB) .
    ●GLL-phase: three-phase separator
